Payments - ​Are to be made on the 1st of every month for the full month; in advance.

Retainer - Due to the limited number of animals we can visit at one day / time; we do require a retainer for regulars during days / weeks of absence, excluding bank holidays; to guarantee your dog/s place / regular day & time upon their return. Retainers can be full term or half term based on Salford School Holidays.
