    We are fully licensed and regulated by Salford City Council with a 5 star council rating; License No149149. As a licensed provider, we follow stringent guidelines that ensure your dog's safety. We are also insured and fully qualified in Animal Management, Equine Studies, Land & Environment; which includes health, welfare, nutrition, behaviour, dog grooming, vet nursing, pet first aid, animal handling, accommodation, environments, equines, zoos and wildlife.     2025 Boarding Rates At our facility we offer quality care tailored to your dog's needs. Our pricing is structured to provide flexibility and value for both short and extended stays. All of our prices are charged per dog; per calendar day. Trial Night Stay £50 per dog As part of our licensing conditions; all dogs must undergo a trial stay, before any bookings can be accepted. The trial is a brief overnight stay, designed to help your dog familiarise itself with our family and home environment. It also allows us to assess their behaviour and ensure they pass our risk assessment. In addition we find dog's benefit from a trail stay, as this helps ensure they settle and are comfortable with us, before a longer stay. Standard Boarding Rates 1-6 Days £50 Per Calendar Day 7-14 Days £45 Per Calendar Day 15-30 Days £40 Per Calendar Day 31+ Days £35 Per Calendar Day Double rates apply for Bank Holiday Weekends, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve & New Year's Day.
  • Boarding Requirements
    As part of our licensing conditions all dogs must be up to date with vaccinations, proof will be required from your veterinarian practice, along with proof of veterinary prescribed flea & wormer. All dogs MUST be child & dog friendly, we do not accept dogs with aggression towards humans or other dogs; we make it very clear that there is a child on site & we have our own resident dogs. We do not accept entire males or un-spayed females over adolescents age; with the exception of puppies, who have not reached sexual maturity. We are unable to take dogs who are not housetrained; this is our home not a kennel. We are unable to accept dogs with destructive behaviours; any and all damages caused by boarding dogs are chargeable to their owner.
  • Bookings & Payments
    Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your dog's stay. Your booking is only confirmed once payment is received. By making payment for your dog's boarding reservation, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our terms and conditions; including any admin or cancellation fees.
  • Cancellations & Refunds
    To provide the best possible service, ensure fairness and in helping us maintain a reliable schedule for all our clients, we have the below cancellation terms: Cancellations made more than 90 days before the scheduled check-in date; you will receive a full refund minus a £50 administrative fee. This fee covers the time and resources spent to manage your booking. Cancellations made within 90 days of the scheduled check-in date are non refundable. Due to our limited boarding capacity and high demand for boarding, we are unable to offer refunds or credits regardless of reason; as cancellations within this window significantly affect our ability to rebook the space and results in financial loss. No refunds will be given if you choose to cancel or terminate your booking earlier than the original check-out date; you will be charged based on your original booking. No refunds or credits will be issued unless the cancellation space is able to be rebooked for the full duration.
  • Will I receive updates?
    During your dog's stay, we will provide daily photo and video updates with your permission; via our social media stories, for you to check at your convenience. We ask that your refrain from messaging for updates, as this takes time away from caring for the dogs. Please rest assured, we will contact you directly, if there is an issue or emergency.
  • What do I need to bring?
    Lead, Flat Collar & ID Tag (with surname & address), harness if required. Prong collars are not welcome here. Food enough food for your dog's entire stay, plus extra incase of emergency, in a sealed bag or container, with name, clear feeding instructions and dietary restrictions or preferences. Plus any treats your dog enjoys. Medication (if required) if your dog is on medication, please bring the full supply in a sealed container, along with your dogs name and clear written administering instructions. Any vitamins, supplements, hygiene items your dog needs for medical reasons must also be brought, along with dosage details. Something with your scent on (old pillowcase, t-shirt, blanket, dog bed, dog toy) A familiar blanket, bed or toy will help your dog settle and feel more secure during their stay, unless they resource guard these items. Please do not bring 'favourite' items, or anything expensive or sentimental, we cannot be held responsible if items get lost, stolen or accidentally destroyed, we are a multi-dog household and dogs tend to share. Bowls (if they require a special bowl only), we have plenty of bowls, so please do not bring any normal bowls, as we are limited to storage space per dog.
  • What are your opening hours
    To maintain a calm routine and minimise disruption to our day, we operate a strict 30 minute window for all drop offs and collections. Weekdays 8:00 - 8:30am & 4:00 - 4:30pm Weekends 8:00am - 8:30am We kindly ask that our times are respected, as we cannot guarantee we will be available outside of these windows. Late arrivals will need to be rescheduled.
